7th Grade Immunizations

Dear Parents/Guardians of Eastland Middle School 7th Grade Students,

As per Texas law, it is mandatory for all students to be up to date on their immunizations. Students who are not current on their immunizations or do not have an official exemption affidavit on file will not be allowed to attend school until the necessary immunization documentation is submitted.

To streamline the process, please make sure to have your child's immunization record updated and submit it to sschafer@eastland.esc14.net. Additionally, you may also bring the documentation to the middle school office Monday through Thursday, between 8 am and 4 pm, beginning July 29, 2024.

It's crucial that we have all immunization records up to date before the school year begins to avoid any disruption to your child's education.
