Eastland High School FCCLA competed at Regionals on February 29th through March 2nd. There were a total of ten projects taken for competition:
Fashion Design 1- Kate Bentley and Daniela Hernandez
Fashion Design 2- Ruth Daway and Valeria Rico
Spotlight- Mental Health- Elizabeth Martin
Spotlight- Community Service- Mariyah Hernandez, Paola Alaniz, and Deborah Cruz
Repurpose and Redesign- Ava Smith, Yozelyn Ojeda, Za'Nyea Dunn (Mariyah Hernandez- alternate)
Mystery Basket- Makenna Fambro
Toys that Teach- Jimena Hernandez and Mayra Hernandez
Food Innovations- Khylce Rodriguez, Antonio Alaniz, and Chase Clark
Sustainability Challenge- Amy Nyugen and Angel Li
Nutrition and Wellness- Paola Alaniz and Deborah Cruz
Three of these projects advanced to state, which will be held in Dallas in April!
