Girls Basketball Schedule Changes:
Glen Rose -Tues, Dec 10th - NO 4:00 pm Game, only 2 games starting at 5:00 pm
No JV Tournament this weekend. (Dec 13 -14) - Varsity on Friday & Saturday only.
Tuesday, December 17th from 10 - 4 in EHS Cafeteria, Balfour will be here for Senior Ring Delivery and also Graduation Cap & Gown Measurements.
Just a reminder that our 2019-2020 Beta Club inductions will be tomorrow (Tuesday the 3rd) at 9:30 am in the auditorium with a reception to follow in the library for inductees and their families.

Colorado City cancelled the JV Black game.
New schedule:
7:30 be at gym
7:45 leave for C-City
10:30 - JV Red vs C-City
1:30 - Mavs vs C-City
(C-City vs Snyder girls is at 12:00 noon)
The time for the boys basketball games in Colorado City on Tuesday, November 26 have changed.
The new correct times are as follows:
9:00 AM - JV Black
10:30 AM - JV Red
1:30 PM - Varsity boys
The Lady Mavs basketball teams will be playing 2 games at home tonight against Huckabay. They will start at 5:00 and 6:15.Go Lady Mavs!

Halloween at EHS
The announcement was made today to the students, but I wanted to make sure we were all on the same page.
Students are allowed to dress up under the following guidelines.
No blood or Gore
No weapons or props
Dress code length, coverage and appropriateness
No masks or face painted completely

EHS Cheerleading Squad - Friday 10/18/2019
This Friday night the Eastland Mavericks play the Breckenridge Buckaroos.
It is also the competition for the FCA Helmet trophy! The fans from each side will be able to give their pocket change to their school's FCA. The fan side that raises the most will keep the Helmet for a year. Eastland won in 2017. Breckenridge won in 2018. All proceeds from the Eastland side will go toward summer athletic/leadership camps for students. Let's get that trophy back!

The Class of 2023 would like to sincerely thank any and all who attended last Friday night’s “Movie Night” at the Track. As you may know, this was our first attempt at holding an outdoor movie. The weather was wonderful and we drew a very nice crowd, but unfortunately we did experience a significant time delay due to several different technical difficulties, for which we would like to extend our deep and sincere apologies. Please do not discount us in the future, for we have since corrected those issues and are confident that we can overcome any similar problems in the future. With all of that being said, the “Movie Night” was a great success for the Class of 2023 and we intend to host several more movie events at different locations throughout the year so please watch for our signage and social media posts for times and locations. Again, we will have a full concession stand with all of your favorites snacks and drinks! We hope to see you there!

Please meet at the main ticket booth at 6:50 pm.
We will walk to the visitor’s side of the stadium at 6:55 - 7:00 pm.
Line up at 7:00 pm and be ready to walk on the field at 7:05 pm
Dress for parents / escorts is basically what you would wear to church or business casual.
Photo Day - School and Athletic Fall Photo Day will be on Monday, September 30th
